As someone who was born and raised in Kent County and now serves as Vice President of Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity, this mission is deeply personal to me.
I have seen firsthand how a safe, stable home can change the course of a family's life. Affordable housing is more than just four walls and a roof. It provides security, dignity, hope, and a foundation for better physical and mental well-being. Unfortunately, many hardworking individuals and families in our community face challenges that make safe housing difficult to achieve or maintain.
That's why I am committed to raising $2,500 for Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity. Every dollar donated stays right here in Kent County, helping local families through affordable homeownership opportunities, critical home repairs, and resources that strengthen the overall health and well-being of our neighbors.
